I’m Cydelle Stewart - business support strategist, operations consultant, and the founder of The PossAbility Academy. Before I ever stepped into the world of virtual business, I spent over 15 years in traditional employment, holding roles across admin, EA, and ops management in sectors as varied as finance, education, media, and the public sector.

I wasn’t just making the tea and typing minutes - I was managing chaos, fixing systems, and being the glue between leaders and the teams that depended on them. I know what it means to carry the pressure and still show up with excellence. That’s where my standard comes from.

In 2010, I left full-time employment to build something of my own - and after a few detours and deep pivots, I’ve turned that one-woman operation into a multi-brand business that blends strategy, mentorship, and meaningful support.

The PossAbility Academy was created to pass that on - not as another fluff-filled course or programme, but as a place where experienced Virtual Assistants can stop feeling as if they’re winging it and start building a business with boundaries, brilliance, and balance.

Behind every strong woman is a story.

Mine starts with Mumsy.

Barbara Stewart was a force. At just 18, she gave birth to me while navigating the early signs of a chronic illness that would change her life. Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis within six months of my birth, she rebuilt her life - and mine - with equal parts fierceness and faith.

She didn’t just get through it. She got up, advocated for others, and made space for joy along the way. A trained counsellor, benefits advisor, performance poet, and self-taught everything - she lived life on her terms, even when it challenged her daily.

Her legacy lives in The PossAbility Academy.

Her mantra - “There are always pos-abilities” - is baked into our name, our values, and our work.

Mumsy passed away in 2016, but the ripple of her strength is in every workshop, mentoring call, and curriculum I create. She taught me that support should never be an afterthought - and neither should you.
