I'm Cydelle Stewart – business operations consultant and architect, systems strategist, VA mentor and the founder of Remote PossAbilities brands, Remotely Onit! and The PossAbility Academy. With 16 years in the game and a bold vision for what support should look and feel like, I've made it my mission to help solo service providers stop duct-taping their business together and start building something that actually fits and compliments their life.
Because I believe that a business should feel as good behind the scenes as it looks on the outside.
I started out as a Secretary in the mid '90s, eventually becoming a PA before stepping out on my own in 2009 to support independent creatives and performers. Over time, I realised I could do more, be more, and offer more. Fast-forward to today, and Remotely Onit! is a multi-service support agency built to serve booked-out, brilliant solo business owners who are out of their depth and zone of excellence when it comes to operations - and craving space to breathe.

Meet Mumsy: The Legacy Behind the Name
On a cold, wet Saturday in November 1975, a young woman named Barbara Stewart was doing her weekly shopping on West Green Road in Tottenham, London when her waters suddenly broke. At just 18 years old, she gave birth prematurely to a baby girl two months ahead of schedule. That baby was me.
Weighing just 4lb 10oz, I spent the early part of my life on the children’s ward with my mum, who was rapidly and mysteriously losing mobility. Within six months, she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis - at a time when the condition was considered unusual for anyone outside of childhood or old age.
Despite pain, fear, and endless obstacles, Mumsy made a vow: she would walk again in time for her brother’s wedding. And she did. Her grit was unmatched. Her fire unshakable.
Over the years, Mumsy became a voice for others: a trained counsellor, a self-taught Disability Welfare Benefits Adviser, a performance poet, and a woman who championed equity, advocacy, and unapologetic joy. Her favourite mantra? "There are ALWAYS pos-abilities."
Mumsy passed away quite suddenly, in October 2016, but her legacy is alive in my work – from the systems I build to the stories I tell. Whilst no longer here in the physical realm, her legacy, wisdom and love for all things hip-hop, live on. The PossAbility Academy was named in her honour (with an additional ‘S’ for good measure).
She taught me to move through life with intention, conviction, and compassion. To see people. To support people. And to challenge the notion of what’s possible.
Because support shouldn’t be an afterthought. And neither should you.
