The VIP Day is a focused ecosystem review exploring two ecosystem elements in depth. It's ideal for founders seeking clarity and direction within a specific area of their business.
The VIP Retreat is a fully immersive ecosystem review over 3 nights and 3 days, exploring all six ecosystem elements. It provides the space, perspective and strategic depth to understand you, your business, goals, and aspirations as a whole, to design a more intentional way forward.
Both experiences follow the same Discover→ Design→ Deliver approach, and include personalised deliverables. The difference is simply depth, scope and pace.

Not exactly; ALIGN is a six-week strategic ecosystem review designed to help founders understand their current reality, explore future possAbilities and identify the most effective route forward.
The VIP Experiences follow the same philosophy and approach, but are delivered in a more immersive, high-touch environment over a condensed and accelerated timeframe.
Some founders prefer the flexibility of ALIGN. Others value the dedicated focus and momentum created by a VIP Experience.

In-person sessions are delivered in London, UK, at a location provided by us. We’ll share full details once your booking is fully confirmed.
The VIP Retreat takes place at the same location as the overnight accommodation, to minimise commuting time and to allow us to maximise your time spent away from your business.

No. You simply need to be able to travel to London. We will happily arrange for ground transportation to get you to the designated location from a London postcode.

No. Whilst many clients experience moments of clarity and perspective during the process, these experiences are not coaching, mentoring or mindset work.

Yes. All fees listed on this page include VAT at 20%.

All VIP experiences are required to be paid in full no less than 30 days in advance of the scheduled date.
We can absolutely facilitate a payment plan; 60% down payment to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days prior to your scheduled VIP date

VIP Days and Retreats take significant planning and involve external bookings. On that basis, we offer a scaling refund policy which includes a maximum refund of up to 75%, up to and including 21 days prior to the original scheduled date.

Reschedules are fine, on one occasion, up to 21 days in advance.
Cancellations are possible as follows:
30+ days in advance of original confirmed date: subject to a 25% retained fee
29-21 days in advance of original confirmed date: subject to a 40% retained fee
20-14 days in advance of original confirmed date: subject to a 75% retained fee
13-0 days in advance of original confirmed date or less: 100% retained feeRefunds will be processed within 14 days of written request.

No. The purpose of the VIP Experience is discovery, clarity and design.
We'll identify opportunities, design the most intentional way forward, and create your personalised deliverables.
Implementation happens afterwards, either independently or with support if you choose it.

Yes, absolutely and we fully recommend that they do. Being present for the decision making and review work will support with implementation.

You'll receive your Ecosystem Map, PossAbility Map, Design Plan and any relevant Design Assets.
During your Wrap-Up Session, we'll review your deliverables together and discuss the most appropriate path forward based on your goals, priorities and capacity.
Some founders choose to implement independently, whilst others prefer support through Harmony Implementation or ongoing Harmony services.
If you choose to implement independently, we'll reconnect approximately 30 or 90 days later for a complimentary strategy review session to discuss progress, answer questions and explore any new opportunities that have emerged.
There is no expectation or obligation to continue working with us.
