For founders who already know they'll want dedicated support implementing the recommendations, ALIGN EMBED provides a seamless pathway from clarity into action.
Rather than completing ALIGN and then pausing to decide what happens next, we move directly into implementation, maintaining momentum and accelerating progress.
ALIGN EMBED combines your ecosystem review (ALIGN) and implementation commitment (Harmony Implementation) into a single embedded pathway, saving £1,995 compared to engaging the services separately.
Following your ALIGN review, we'll begin embedding the agreed improvements into your business, including systems, workflows, software integrations, operational documentation and other priority actions identified during the review.

ALIGN is a structured ecosystem review designed to create clarity, harmony and growth through intentional ecosystem design. It includes pre-work, desk-based analysis, an Insight Session, and a suite of strategic deliverables delivered over 4-6 weeks.
Our VIP Experiences provide a more immersive environment for founders who prefer to step away from their day-to-day surroundings and accelerate the process. While both pathways are rooted in the same philosophy, a VIP Day focuses on a specific area of your business, whereas a VIP Retreat offers the opportunity to explore multiple areas in greater depth over several days.
If you're unsure which option is right for you, we'll discuss your goals during your Alignment Call and recommend the most appropriate pathway.

No. ALIGN is a strategic, 4-6 week ecosystem review designed to help you understand your current reality, identify opportunities, and create a clear, step-by-step pathway forward.
Following ALIGN, you may choose to implement the recommendations independently, engage external support, or continue your journey with us through Harmony Implementation, ongoing Harmony Support, or an ALIGN EMBED pathway - where implementation support is identified as required and factored into the 16 week process, from the outset.
Making the decision to implement, at the time of booking, gives you a £1,995 saving over booking 2 separate services.

Once you have your ALIGN deliverables, you’ll absolutely be equipped to implement the recommendations.
Alternatively, we can explore onward support through our Harmony Implementation service, or for smaller, specific tasks, our Get it Done! Sessions.

If you already know you'll want support implementing your Design Plan, you can choose the ALIGN EMBED pathway. This combines the review and implementation phases into one continuous 16 week journey and saves you £1,995 , compared to engaging implementation support at a later date.

As ICO-registered data controllers and guardians of multiple client information sources, we’re confident when we tell you that your data is safe in our hands. We use encrypted tools for storing and managing data, retaining access for the duration of our work together.
When we’re finished, we disengage. In regard to confidentiality, we’re happy to sign an NDA, if that would feel reassuring for you.

The ALIGN review process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from Insight Session to final delivery.
Your personal time investment will be approx 2 days. -
Absolutely! We recommend meeting for the Insight Session(s) in person, at our London, UK location.
Alternatively, if you're overseas or would simply prefer to meet online, we'll schedule 2 half-days to mitigate screen fatigue.

We only take on 2 ALIGN clients per month (Insight Day on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays). If you’d like to move forward, complete a booking request and select your preferred Wednesday, at least 2 weeks from today.
