Digital Product Terms

Remote PossAbilities Limited (trading as Remotely Onit! and The PossAbility Academy)

Effective: 28/08/2026

These Digital Product Terms apply when you buy or download a digital product from us, including workbooks, guides, templates and other downloadable or online materials.

They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full. Where something on this page conflicts with our general Terms and Conditions, this page takes precedence for digital product purchases only.

Digital products may be sold directly through our website or through our storefront at Payhip. These terms apply to both.

1. What you are buying

Digital products are licensed to you, not sold.

You may use them for your own personal and business purposes, including with your own clients where the product is designed for that use.

You may not resell them, share them, republish them, upload them to any other platform, or make them available to any third party, whether free or paid, in whole or in part.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT (where applicable).

Payment is taken by our payment processors, Stripe and Payhip. We do not see or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to the terms of whichever processor handles it:

We are not responsible for delays, errors or interruptions caused by a payment processor, and we may change processors at any time.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately once payment clears, by download link on the confirmation page and by email to the address you give at checkout.

If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder first, then email us at operations@remotepossabilities.com and we will resend it.

4. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you would normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a refund.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the product has been purchased and downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Our refund position

We would rather you were happy than keep your money.

If a product is not what you expected, email operations@remotepossabilities.com within 14 days of purchase and tell us what the problem was. We will consider a refund at our discretion.

We may decline where there is a pattern of repeated buying and refunding, or evidence that a product has been copied or shared.

6. If something is wrong with the product

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content sold to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If a product will not open, is incomplete, is faulty, or is materially different from how we described it, email operations@remotepossabilities.com and we will repair or replace it. If we cannot put it right within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a price reduction, which may be up to the full amount you paid.

7. What you need to use our products

Our digital products open in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. No additional software, subscription or account is needed.

Some products save your progress in your own browser. Clearing your browser data, or switching device without using the save function provided, may lose your entries. We cannot recover work lost this way and it is not grounds for a refund.

Please check the product description before buying if you are unsure whether something will work for you.

8. Free products

Some products are free, or free using a discount code that reduces the price to zero. No payment is taken, so no refund arises.

Free products are licensed on the same terms as paid ones — sections 1 and 7 still apply.

9. Buying as a business

If you buy in the course of a business, trade or profession, you are not a consumer. The cancellation and consumer rights set out in sections 4 and 6 do not apply to you, and refunds are entirely at our discretion.

10. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing them, through Stripe or Payhip. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact us before contacting your bank. Raising a chargeback without speaking to us first delays things for everyone and costs us fees. We will defend chargebacks where a product has been delivered and accessed, and we may withdraw access to our products and services from anyone raising one in bad faith.

12. Changes to products

We may update, improve or withdraw a digital product at any time.

If you have already bought it, you keep the version you downloaded. We are not obliged to supply updated versions free of charge, though we often will.

13. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you make your purchase.
