What Remotely Onit! actually is (and how it all ties together)

Because the agency you think I run probably isn’t the one I’ve built

If you’re picturing an inbox full of to-do lists and a team of VAs waiting to be assigned…

That ain’t it.

Remotely Onit! is not a traditional VA agency.

We’re not about dishing out tasks or simply “taking things off your plate.”

This is a business and lifestyle support agency - one rooted in strategy, structure, and sustainability.

So, if you’re a VA wondering what it looks like to build something bigger than you - I’m pulling back the curtain.

Why I built it

Like many of you, I started solo - just me, a desktop computer, and a client roster built on referrals and reliability.

I grew into a strategist.

Then into a support partner for founders who needed more than admin help - they needed operational clarity and consistency.

Eventually, I realised I couldn’t do it alone. But I also couldn’t outsource the vision to just anyone.

I was super clear that I didn’t want to create a traditional agency.

I wanted to create a smarter support model. One that respected the whole human - the business and the life behind it.

Whilst also respecting the person doing the support.

As a founder AND former assistant, I knew I could leverage my knowledge, insights, lived experience and skills to do it.

And that’s exactly what Remotely Onit! became.

What we actually do

At the heart of Remotely Onit! is the belief that support should evolve as a client and their business evolves. That’s why we offer three layers of tailored remote support:

1️⃣ Standard Support

For the day-to-day and lifestyle essentials - inboxes, diaries, travel planning, and the personal logistics that free up your brain and bandwidth.

2️⃣ Digital Support

Think systems, workflows, and tech that does the heavy lifting. This includes things like Dubsado, Airtable, Kit automations, Zapier integrations - you name it.

3️⃣ Ops-Level Support

This is where we step into the ops partner role - managing continuity, planning ahead, optimising delivery, and holding the back-end steady so the front-end can thrive.

Every retainer relationship starts with an AMPLIFY Audit.

It’s not a vibe check - it’s a full-scale deep dive into a client’s business and life infrastructure. It’s how we ensure the right support, at the right level, with the right person.

Once they’re in, we create a Clarity Blueprint and begin crafting a Business Playbook - a living document that guides delivery, growth, and succession.

The way we work

Let me be blunt: we don’t wing it here.

Remotely Onit! runs on structure, strategy, and crystal-clear communication - what we call #TheOnitWay.

Here’s what that looks like in real life:

  • Retainers, not hourly chasing

  • Boundaries that protect both sides

  • Weekly time tracking (not for micromanagement — for clarity)

  • A shared, evolving Business Playbook

  • Slack-based communication with set hours and Friday wrap-ups

  • Team calls for connection, alignment, and accountability

And every client is supported by a dedicated Associate - no musical chairs, no randomness. It’s a relationship, not a rota.

How it connects to The PossAbility Academy

Remotely Onit! supports founders.

The PossAbility Academy (TPA) supports VAs.

They’re two sides of the same ethos:

Clarity. Credibility. Capacity.

Business and life, fully integrated.

Support that’s not just about doing - but thinking, planning, and partnering.

If you’re a VA reading this thinking, “I want to build something like that…” - good news: that’s exactly what TPA exists to show you.

Because this level of service doesn’t happen by accident.

It’s intentional. And it’s built with systems, boundaries, and belief in what’s possible when you step into more.

So, what now?

If you’re curious about what smart, soul-aligned support actually looks like behind the scenes - you’re in the right place.

If you’re a service provider dreaming about life beyond client-by-client chaos - this is your proof it’s possible.

And if you’re a VA wondering whether there’s room to evolve into something more strategic, sustainable, and respected - this is your sign.
